Man of Steel director Zack Snyder recently attended a Toronto talk show where he spoke on all things Superman. Snyder was asked about finding the confidence to reboot the franchise and offers up that the reason he came on board was because of Christopher Nolan and David Goyer’s approach to the Man of Steel. Walt Disney Pictures has revealed that Iron Man 3 has earned $1.142 billion globally after five weeks of release. That puts Iron Man 3 in rare company, as the fifth-highest grossing film of all time. The only movies ahead of Iron Man 3 on that list are James Cameron’s Avatar and Titanic, Marvel’s own The Avengers, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.
