RON HOWARD Reportedly to Be Named HAN SOLO Director

Lucasfilm is set to name acclaimed director Ron Howard to direct its upcoming Han Solo film, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Howard was on the reported shortlist of directors to replace the previous team of Phil Lord & Christopher Miller, who were unexpectedly let go from the project earlier this week after several months of filming. STAR WARS All-Ages Comic Books Coming From IDW

IDW Publishing is working on a line of Star Wars comic books aimed at younger readers, beginning with Star Wars Adventures in fall 2017. Announced at Star Wars Celebration Orlando on Friday, Star Wars Adventures and other unannounced titles will be part of Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi tie-in program.
