Margot Kidder Dies At 69

Margot Kidder, known for playing Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve in the Superman movies, has died at the age of 69 after struggling with mental illness for most of her life. Kidder’s manager, Camilla Fluxman Pines, and the Franzen-Davis Funeral Home in Livingston, MT, confirmed the Superman actress’ death, but no cause of death was revealed. DOOM PATROL Series Coming to DC Streaming Service #doompatrol

Executive producers Greg Berlanti, Geoff Johns, Jeremy Carver, and Sarah Schechter are developing a live-action Doom Patrol series to debut on the upcoming DC Universe streaming app. The series will be written by Jeremy Carver. DC Comics has confirmed that as of last week all DC Universe ongoing titles – physical and digital – will be priced $3.99. This includes price increases of Wonder Woman and The Flash, but will also raise the price of the previously $2.99 Batman, Suicide Squad, Detective Comics, Green Lanterns, Hal Jordan & The Green Lantern Corps, Harley Quinn, and Injustice.
