Uncanny Avengers #10 Review

Uncanny Avengers 10
Uncanny Avengers 10

If you are a Marvel Comics reader and you have not been reading Uncanny Avengers written by Rick Remender and art by Daniel Acuna you are missing one of the best team up books in the comic world right now. I enjoy the dialogue between members of the Avengers and the art places you right there with them. The emotion of the story is right there.

Issue #10 takes us to a splintered team that is attached by the new lineup of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The Apocalypse Twins, using both the Life Seed and Death Seed, brought back to life Sentry, Banshee, Grim Reaper and Daken, in order for them to serve as their Horsemen of Death. Each attack is effective and shows us that the Horsemen are as powerful in the service of the Apocalypse Twins as they were in life and retain all the memories and vendettas of their past life. They are loyal to their new masters the Apocalypse Twins and leave the Avengers in a situation that is very compromising. It will be interesting how this story arc is progressing in Uncanny Avengers. What a great experiment of Captain America to see if Superhero and Mutant can work together as a team. Can humans and mutants set an example for the world to follow and fulfill Charles Xavier’s dream.

Stay with us here at Comics Talk for more comic book faithful as we continue to cover the comic world of superheros. 🙂 Walt
