On March 26 Dan Slott had a book signing at the Forbidden Planet Comic Shop in New York City and I am sure he was questioned about the direction he was going in the new series Silver Surfer. It reminded me of the movie I saw as a child called Forbidden Planet. It stared Walter Pidgeon, Anne Francis, Leslie Nielsen and of course Robbie the Robot.
