Marvel Comics has released a first look preview at Amazing Spider-Man #16.1, the beginning of the “Spiral” story by, celebrated Spider-Man writer, Gerry Conway.
Conway teams with artist Carlo Barberi to tell a story of the Marvel Universe’s underworld, which has been in chaos since the demise of the Kingpin. As the war between Hammerhead, Tombstone, the Circus of Crime, Black Cat and Mr. Negative escalates, Spider-Man swings in the keep things under control, but is confronted by Police Captain Yuri Watanabe, who has become a masked vigilante called the Wraith.
Amazing Spider-Man #16.1 goes on sale March 18.
