Loki’s season 1 finale has revealed some multiverse twists to Marvel Studios’ franchise. (Spoilers Follow!)

In “For All Time. Always.” The 2012 Loki variant (Tom Hiddleston) and his female counterpart Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) finally find the man who created the Time Variance Authority and has been pulling strings to keep the Sacred Timeline intact. It is a version of Kang called “He Who Remains” played by Jonathan Majors. His meeting with Loki and Sylvie ends with Sylvie striking him down and unleashing a new Marvel Cinematic Multiverse and creating new timelines and unleashing many versions of Kang which will complicate things on each timeline with a possible new big bad ready to threaten the existence of the multiverse itself.

Above is a picture of Marvel Studios’ future releases and we can guess which streaming shows or movies will feature multiverse characters and which might have a brief cameo or credit scene from different versions of heroes and villains. The obvious ones are Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange: In The Multiverse Of Madness, and Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania.

Multiverse of Possibilities

Spidermen?

This is the theme of the MCU phase 4 now featuring an unleashed multiverse so other universe creatures can show up anywhere in the future in any timeline. We will see but it is fun to speculate so participate in the process. Make a comment about your guesses where we are going on the Marvel multiverse vehicle called Marvel Studios. This is better than the after-credit scenes we saw of Thanos because there are many possibilities with numerous universes out there. We will start with the What If…? series in August then Shang-Chi the Legends of the Ten Rings in September, Eternals in November, and so on.
