Preacher Season 3, Episode 4 Preview AMC

If you have not been watching Preacher produced by AMC you have missed the craziest mature program on the TV. Forget everything you know about the afterlife, heaven and hell, angels and demons, life and death it all changes here from the mind of Garth Ennis in the Vertigo imprint of DC Comics release which started in 1996. AMC Program creators: Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Sam Catlin have produced a program that catches the flavor of the original comic series.

In the third season of the program I think it’s pretty safe to say that Jesse’s (Dominic Cooper) been in a ton of situations better than the one he finds himself in right now. At this point, Herr Starr (Pip Torrens) and The Grail have his “soul rock;” his best friend Cassidy’s (Joseph Gilgun) spending way too much quality time with Gran’ma (Betty Buckley) — and too much time shooting his mouth off to TC (Colin Cunningham); his blood compact is still intact, though Tulip (Ruth Negga) has entered Madame Boyd’s (Prema Cruz) world with the hope of finding a loophole; and the only chance Jesse has to accelerate his deal with Gran’ma — and save a now-exposed-as-a-vampire Cassidy — is to reopen The Tombs..

As we can see from the trailer and sneak preview for the aptly titled next episode of AMC‘s Preacher (‘The Tombs’), that’s exactly what happens — though it looks like Jody (Jeremy Childs) and TC aren’t looking to waste time giving the crowd the main event: Jesse vs. Cassidy. As if that wasn’t bad enough, Tulip and Madame Boyd get to know one another — but neither are sure that’s a good thing, and we now know who was on the other end of Gran’ma’s phone in ‘Gonna Hurt.’ Looks like The Devil’s about to make The Saint of Killers (Graham McTavish) an offer — one that The Devil might end up wishing The Saint refused:

Preacher s03e04 ‘The Tombs’: As Jesse helps re-invigorate business at Angelville, he tests Tulip and Cassidy’s faith in him when Angelville brings out a darker side of him.

PREACHER is a dramatic thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.

The 10-episode third season follows Jesse’s quest for God which takes him back to the place he’s been avoiding his whole life: home. Jesse, Tulip, and Cassidy return to Angelville, the Louisiana Plantation where Jesse was raised, and find old grudges and deadly obligations await them. With the help of his friends — and a few enemies — Jesse will need to escape his past…because the future of the world depends on it.

wow, this show really is going down in ratings. even here the posts aren’t getting many comments, and it’s a shame since even as redic as the show is, and after the shitty frankly, season 2, this is still one of the best acted and strangely if not original, at least some things aren’t done to death storywise. I really wanted a season 4. and I think they said originally they had 5 seasons mapped out, but don’t quote me.
