If you bought the digital version on Vudu or some other media these scenes were missing from that version. I mean this would have added so much to the Superman story in the original film Why did they cut it from the original Cinematic release? They could not have added another one minute and 45 seconds to the movie? I am amazed at the poor decision making that plagued the movie. Justice League Blu-ray now on sale.

Phoenix Resurrection: The Return Jean Grey and the Jean Grey comics are a great story. I have followed the Young Jean Grey story since her first arrival in the future and have enjoyed the recent ongoing series. Her book is a wild ride across the world, where she is dealing with a renewed threat of the Phoenix Force’s imminent return. I did struggle with this a bit because a couple years back in the AVX crossover story Hope Summers eviscerated the Phoenix Force… I guess since energy cannot be destroyed…

On that final page of Final Crisis #6, we see Superman carrying Batman’s dead and skeletonized/mummified body – the condition of which is due to being hit by Darkseid’s Omega Beams. Struck by the time-and-space-bending Omega Beams of the Newgod Darkseid, an amnesiac Bruce Wayne is cast back in time to the dawn of history. Wayne will have to overcome amnesia and “history itself” in order to make his way back to present-day Gotham City and retake his rightful place as Batman. This story is told in the 6 part…
